He'll be waiting in the testing room, doing some fine-tuning adjustments on the dueling robot itself.

It's... all meant to be part of the immersion, that's all.

Though, it gets somewhat more concerning that that, but that's why I'm doing these tests.

The initial driving point of what got me into research, was my own Psychic Duelist abilities. No one could explain how I could have been born with them-- or even how they originated.

It's led me to wonder if there is a level of ancestry involved, connected to what we know as "monsters" and "spirits".

I'm saying that there's a theory that those with Psychic Duelist abilities, or otherwise what might be seen as "unnatural" abilities from birth, might have relations to monsters in their family lines.

Which might explain why the Buster Whelp's essence is oversynching with you, as you've put it.

Of course, this is unproven. It's difficult to tell what influences the individual or not.

Hnm. Then that would help, yes.

My main priority right now is to perfect this system, but what the system does can help my own research to an extent. As you can tell with yourself, the immersion I've been able to even achieve now can tap into the instincts of those participating. I've seen strange results from some others, as well.

I would prefer to work more directly in things like that... but I suppose this is bit of a "hammer" situation right now, for me.
