[Announcement]
Feb. 22nd, 2017 12:38 amAs a small announcement, I would like to give an update on a new mechanic for the AI Dueling System, and the tests that I'm conducting.
Following a specific complaint from one of the volunteers, I have decided to add in an option for how the AI will perform.
You can choose from a scale between Aggressive or Passive, with a range of 0 to 5. 0 is the most passive, and will not go after Action Cards, even if the subject themselves does so, while 5 will be the most aggressive, and attempt to actively hinder your movements from the start.
The default setting will be 1, which is the "Passive to a point" setting-- where they will not go after Action Cards unless you touch one first. At which then, the AI will be set to the middle of the scale, and may increase as time goes on, depending upon the actions of the one who is testing.
Please remember however to keep any rough play to a limit, as while the hologram itself will be solid enough to handle contact, mis-aiming any attempts at defending yourself may cause damage to the machinery itself. Once the current round of testing is complete, and the third round begins, I will be holding anyone who does heavy damage to the machinery itself accountable for their actions, so this is a warning.
That is all. If there are any questions, please bring them up.
